Hi,
i have a pretty simple schema. When I run XJC, it generates loads of JAXB classes. Some of them are effectively empty and just provide type safety.

For example, I have a complextType which has some String elements.

This generates several empty classes such as:

Any tips on how to reduce the number of classes generated?

Thanks.

Note:
Answer is they are generated because they are complex types. The solution is to change the XSD so that createdByID is a simple type.

Thanks to all.
