Are you asking how to use the Google Maps API? Im sure that you are not expecting someone to just give you such an algorithm?

ok that will also do , i have implemented "Locate Me" but i am unable to implement "Get Directions" of google maps in Javascript.

You would have to call the Google apis to get directions from them. They have it all documented here

I recommend reading those docs.
