struts date Validation

Struts date Validation error. But i am getting a java script error ( at this line after this is renedered to the page oDate = new DateValidations() . The client side validation works for other fields exect for date, after i get this error it skips the client side validation and goes to server side validation.I am usign struts 1.1 version any suggestions !!

I have the following Java script function in validatorrules.xml

I got the date valdiation working, but i need to validate the date as MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM for one of the dates. do i need to write new script validation for this i searched if i could get this piece of code but no luck
