i have designed an Utility library for my friends just for fun, i want my code to review through you experience guys so that i can learn something that i don't know so will you guys review my code ?
and where should i post the code ?

You can post it here if it is not too large for a forum post. There are websites such as github.com or Google Code which are made to host your open source project.

you might want to be specific though. if there is one class you don't like for some reason...
