Hi all,

I have an error that I posted here Count field error
but I marked it resolved , which it's actually not, so my apologies for starting a new topic, but I'm afraid it won't get looked at in a resolved forum.

The problem is that I still receive an SQL error count field incorrect, I spent half the day today with two of my instructors trying to figure it out, and because they were
unable to find the problem they told me not to use a prepared statement. I disagreed with them because of the advice I have received here but also because of some of the course material covered.
I can get away with just using a statement but I am determined to see this through.

Now I would like to find out how to fix this error so I can use the prepared statement and prove my instructors wrong but in order to do this I need your help.

This is the code what I have been looking over with my instructors:

I have tried to find something online but I cannot seem to find a similar example any help will be much appreciated.

I marked your original thread as unresolved and posted an answer on it, so I will lock this one.

In the future, simply ask a staffer to mark it unresolved.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
