Hi

Iam new to development field and now iam using struts2 to develop the login page with SQLServer 2008. Iam getting error There is no Action mapped for namespace / and action name LoginAction , Please help me to solve this problem.

Iam having my struts.xml file in classes folder,and my jar files are in lib folder

sqljdbc4.jar
struts2-core-2.1.6.jar

While running time iam getting error
There is no Action mapped for namespace / and action name LoginAction

Please help me to solve my problem

Can you move your struts.xml to WEB-INF Folder ? As per the standard and it will look the configuration (struts.xml) file only in WEB_INF Folder rite?

It's completely problem with name space, provide the url how you are accessing it?

Thanks for your guide.

I have bring my struts.XML file under WEB-INF folder but still same problem.


Then iam new to development, i don't know correct procedure to write struts.XML file , just now iam practicing, so if i did any mistake in the code please intimate me, because by this code only i want to get clear idea, no one is not there to guide me in my office iam developing myself so please help me to solve my problem.
I will be available till 10am to 5:30pm Indian time , so if you are free guide me in that time, its my humble request.

But still same issue. please guide me.
