Do you know some good tutorial for programmatically creating JSF pages, or some source code examples that can be useful, or book? I only found on web some very basic examples, but nothing complex regarding AJAX (update, process, render ...). Thanks in advance.

Try this. It helped me produce a presentation to convince (or die trying) my current employer to make the jump.
I had a bunch of other ones but didn't bookmark them.
