I'm not sure if Oracle sends soft copy of certification by default (I did my last certification some 6 months back - at that time this was not the protocol).
For OCPJP,
you should've got the mail by now. Just check with Oracle why you haven't got any mail. Also, create your profile on Oracle CertView and Pearson VUE so that you can track your certification progress and status.
In general, it takes around 4 weeks to get certification (hard copy) posted at your location (the address you gave in your profile or during the registration). So, first thing you should do is - preserve the copy of result (the print out you got before leaving the certification venue). Secondly, make sure that your address is reflected correctly in Oracle profile. If everything is in place, then you'll have to wait
