This error message don't help, since the necessary information is not there.

When the error occurs? in the automatted installation? which step?

If you can't the installer working, please try manual installation: http://www.jforum.net/install_no_wizard.htm

Which url are you trying to access? the java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 3 error is beucase jforum can't find any url mapping. It may be related to some failure to load the configuration files. The your container's log and search for some error like "file not found exception" and similar.

The wizard is far from perfect. I highly suggest you to use manual installation when the installer fails.
