Topics per page

I have 100 topics in a category.

Though i have set the topics per page in Admin Control > Configurations > Topics to 20 the no. of topics for the category is showing as 15,10 and 10 only . I am unable to see more than 35 topics in a category .

Pls let me know the settings i have to make to view 10 topics per category

Also though i have set "Maximum number of topics in Recent Topics page" to 25 , i am able to view only 10 topics in Recent Topics .What setting should i make to view 25 topics in Recent Topics

How to manipulate no of topics per page in a forum?

I would like to set 30 topics per page.
Is this the one given in SystemGlobals.properties?

topicsPerPage = 15

You can change this setting in the Admin Console ...
