I couldn't get the installation wizard to run, so I did a manual installation.

We're running on port 8888

Browsing to http://my.server.name:8888/jforum produces the following:

Thanks!

Well, oddly enough. After rereading all of the pertinent doc, and deciding again that we had done everything properly, I simply went back and tried to access the URL again (unchanged) and now it's working just fine.

Weird.
