Geeting out of memory error while starting jforum

Hi,
I am getting the below error when I am starting tomcat. Can any one help me in this.

Have you tried upping the Tomcat memory settings? It could be that JForum is just using up the last bit of memory that your other applications have left it.

If it's Tomcat under Windoze, you can use the Tomcat Apache Service manager. It's is Linux... check the docs... I think it's changing the daemon start up script to add the stuff to the JVM memory args.
