Is it possible to make a secure forum?
I would like to invite the users of the forum. And it should be possible that only the invited users can see and edit the forum.

It should not be possible for visitors to register on the forum. Only invited users may register and use the forum.

How can I do these things?

Thanks in advance.

Yes.

If you don't give the 'anonymous' user permission to view any forums, you can accomplish this.

In the admin control panel, there is a property called 'Enable registration of new users.' This will prohibit people from registering. You still need a way to register them. Either by temporarily enabling it and watching nobody else registers during that time. (It'll take someone longer to register and click and activation link than you to create a bare bones account. You could delete the account after.) Or if you are technical enough to run SQL, you could just create the user id in the database and use the control panel to set a password.
