Hi,

I am working on configuring the weblogic domain. I had did the domain creation.

While creating the node manager through console its not creating the dir under the ~domain/servers.

But I have created manually and getting the below error while starting the server.
For server smgr-managed-server-131, the Node Manager associated with machine jstz0381 is not reachable.
All of the servers selected are currently in a state which is incompatible with this operation or are not associated with a running Node Manager or you are not authorized to perform the action requested. No action will be performed.

Could you please someone help in this.

Thanks
Anbu.
