memory leak on stop my project by hibernate

hi

i used hibernate in my project . my web application has caused a memory leak on stop .
the error is :

please help me to solve this memory leak !!

Also use google to find the solution. This is the first link i got when i searched for "To prevent a memory leak, the JDBC Driver has been forcibly unregistered." .
