where is c.tld and sql.tld

Hi All,
i am reading old book for struts( struts for dummies)
it referers to c.tld and sql.tld

i have struts 1.3.8 , and i can't find these files
please advise ?

c.tld and sql.tld are Tag Library Descriptors for JSTL (Java Standard Tag Library). If you use any recent web container, like Tomcat 5 or above, you should not need to care about these files. All you need to do is to put some necessary JAR files into your WEB-INF/lib directory. Check this.
