i am developing one site in which i want user come and enter parameter for search (its a jsp page). then i want to call that another website page and pass that parameter. then instead of displaying those web site directly in to the customer browser, i want content of that web page, so i can edit and display only necessary data from that page.

I know its very confusing, but in simple words, i want a simple program who are in middle and take request from user, process it, send it to another web server. when output came that output must be handle by my website and then result will display...

please help me with this, i m using struts 1.3.8 and another web site from which i want to take data is in struts.

Thanks in advanced...

Welcome to the JavaRanch
You can read from a URL with URLConnection. Once you have the HTML, you can either parse the HTML yourself or use the Swing HTML Parser.
