Downloading a file to client side without saving the file on the server - dynamically

Hello,

I am writing data to a csv file using FileOutputStream, Here the constructor wants path of the file to save. But I don't actually the path of the client where he wants to save...

Can you please suggest me How to do this?

I am using below code to download a file which resides in the server
