redirecting to dynamic URL

Hello:

I have an Action which takes in a parameter whose value is a URL. Evantually, I need the Action to redirect to this URL. How can I easily instruct my Action to do this?

I figured it out (pages 220-221, Struts 2 in Action).

You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
