Java: using outfile.print

So i have to write an array of strings to an output file. I am using outfile.print in my main but it keeps giving me the same error when I try to compile.
Heres the code


And the errorerror: no suitable method found for print()

The object of this was to (not so) randomly shift letters inside the word EXCEPT the letters on the outside. Ex: 'Hello' would become something like 'Hlelo'.
