Hi I am writing a code that would check from the database(my sql) if username and password is correct and send approprite reply

This is my html file

my jsp code is

My database name is jsp table name is jsp

But what is happening is that when i click on the submit button it is giving me a blank page
Why is this happening.What am i doing wrong
If anyone can please help! Its urgent

My directory structure is as follows

ch.jsp and check.html are under myJSP which is under tomcat/webapps

localhost:8080/myJSP/ch.jsp
and
localhost:8080/myJSP/check.html

Do you know whether that page is actually executed? And do you know whether any exceptions are thrown? Check your Tomcat logs to find the answers to these questions -- you may find more useful information while you are doing that.
