Can I Upload file without using enctype

<s:form method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" theme="simple">
</s:form>

I want to upload file without using those enctype in forms. IS IT POSSIBLE?

No. Files cannot be encoded with the default MIME encoding, application/x-www-form-urlencoded

Of course it's impossible as told by Joe, unless you are using non-form based file upload technique.
