Spring+hibernate+mysql+net beans project

I need a dummy project using spring hibernate my SQL in net beans or eclipse in the domain banking or HRM. please any body help me out, I want this project as soon as possible, I need step by step configuration in that. please any body help me out.

Have you checked the Spring samples from the Spring site? Particularly, you can look at the petclinic which uses Spring and Hibernate and is a Maven based project.
