Getting permission denied error on file upload

Hello..

This is test page of uploading file.. here you can try.
Test Upload

I am getting following exception .. i only know that i have change .java.policy to get the permission of creating file
but how i can code it . please any one help me.

This problem has been solved..
I have just create directory from my cpanel to my server and assign it to 777 permission.
and it working fine.

Hope it may be help someone.
