My problem is very simple. I am calling two frames in my index.jsp and its simply not working. I am just gettin the blank page.
Here is my index.jsp.

header.jsp is

and again menu.jsp has similar content.
Thanks in advance.

Java scriptlets in JSP are obsolete. See this JspFaq entry. You should be using JSTL and EL.

Framests are also considered passé.

That said, do the pages display when displayed individually? Any errors in the logs? Empty responses are frequently a result of exceptions being thrown.

Hey thanks...I missed to use code tags as I was in great rush.
I solved the problem, though I want to ask what is the best alternative for frames.
I am tired using it.
Any suggestion please.

Use CSS positioning to partition parts of a single plage rather than a frameset to partition multiple subpages.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
