Hi!
I have this code (primefaces 3.2, netbeans 7.2, glassfish server 3.1.2):

All fields in the backing bean are String except one that is Date.
I'm getting a VERY weird behavior:
The first tab has validations, and when I press the NEXT button NO VALIDATION is made at all and I reach the second tab.
Then I press the BACK button reaching the first tab again and, without writing anything , I press the NEXT button and validations trigger normally and I cannot go to the next step without filling in all fields correctly. That's OK, so I fullfill all fields with correct data and press the NEXT button again.
And here comes the most amazing behavior: I'm again in the second tab and I press the BACK button again to return to the first tab and there is no data!!! The wizard is supposed to do partial submits and the data is kept among step, isn't it? I'm using a common @requestScoped managed bean.
What is happening? May someone help me with that?
Thanks in advance!!

Something must be done about this. Let's start by reading this tiny ad:
