Maven does not resolve dependencies

When I run project as 'Maven install' it gives the following error:

Greetings,
You are getting a connection refused error , it seems like you need to configure a proxy for maven to enable it to use the jboss-eap-repo. Take a look at this Link on how to configure repos. Also I was going through the documentation of the jboss-eap and it seems you have to install this repository manually. Have you done that ?
