Can you provide me a link to simple Webservice application with SOAP (IDE--> Eclipse, Server --> Tomcat)?

What type of web services you are interested at ?
We can have different types as - Spring WS, JAX WS, Axis WS etc....

You can start with some POC on contract first Web service using Spring IDE.
You can get tutorials as well as sample web service at:
http://static.springsource.org/spring-ws/sites/2.0/reference/html/tutorial.html

You would be much easier to understand if you took that bucket off of your head. And that goes for the tiny ad too!
