Welcome to the Javaranch. Please use code tags when posting code. It keeps the formatting and makes your code easier to read.
Are you getting an error when you click "submit"?

Hi,

There seems to be an issue with your struts-config.xml.
The Action class needs to be mapped with the Action form as below :
<action name="CustomerEntryFormBean" path="/login" scope="request" type="com.customapp.form.action.CustomerEntryAction" input="login.jsp"/>

Regards
Srikanth Kanuri
