SSL enable web service proxy

Dears,

I have a third party SSL enable web service. I generated the web service proxy client using Jdev 11G ( one version generated useing command line command). I have valid SSL certificate and test it openssl utility. When I run the client I got following SSL debug log and exception:



THis exception after ward:


Any help in this regard highly appreciated. I have done lot of googling , stackeflow, blogs and coderanch but unable to get through.
