Eclipse CVS configuration for local file system repository with TortoiseCVS

I am trying to create a shared repository on my local file system. I am using TortoiseCVS. I have successfully created a repository at "C:/demo_repo".I also put a couple of folders and text files in it. Now I want to integrate this with in eclipse but I don't know how.I mean I have gone into "CVS Repository Exploring" and clicked on add new repository icon but I don't know what to write in "HOST","Repository Path" and "Connection Type" fields for local file system repositories.Kindly guide me through this.Thank you
