What are some websites to solve difficult core java questions.Earlier there was a website www.javablackbelt.com .Now it is changed. What are some such websites where one gets difficult core java questions.

Well, there's Project Euler, but its problems are more mathematically based rather than general. Then, there's our very own Cattle Drive page. Not sure how "difficult" the problems are though. Or CodingBat - again, not sure of the level of "difficulty".
