crosstab reports

Hello all,

can anybody tell me how to get crosstab reports in ireports.
The sample Report format is as follows.

EmpName Jan Feb March April
(Name of employees)
Arun kumar 10000 10000 10000 10000(salary)
kiran kumar 20000 20000 20000 20000(salary)
syed fazal 30000 30000 30000 30000(salary)
kh gupta 40000 40000 40000 40000(salary)

It displays employee names along with their salaries for each month.
can anybody tell me how to acheive these kind of reports using ireports.
