Is it possible in struts2 to keep an object in a request from a page to another with something as a request wrapper ? Like a session?
I'd like to have a page that allows user to fill in some fields of my object, but that object has a list of other objects. So the user can add elements to that list on the same page but if he wants to fill in those objects fields he is redirect to other page that allows that. When he submits this second page, he returns to the first one where he can keep adding and editing elements or change my object fields or submit and save my object fields as well as the list of objects and its fields filled in the second page. I'm asking this because user can cancel operation at any time, so I can't persist any data.

Welcome to the Javaranch. You can use sessions with Struts.

Pedro. IF you have time try to do this in jsp only or servlet only or both . and try to do this in struts2

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? Is this a tiny ad?
