Guys, I have a simple question but I couldn't find any answer for it I'm searching and reading for 5 days (

it's a J2EE project with hibernate and spring. I used spring web flows and primefaces, now I have an account flow, in it I get some inputs from the client (through a xhtml file). then I want to get a report from my DB bases on these inputs, I know that my xhtml files get the inputs, I wanted it to show the inputs after entering and it worked, so.. getting the inputs is OK.

I have a service class, in it there is a method that gets the inputs and return a collection of one of my models. actually its the result of a query that is implemented in my DAO class.

so... I want to get the inputs, pass them to the service method and have a collection then I want to load this collection in a table.

this is what happenes:

HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is org.springframework.webflow.execution.ActionExecutionException: Exception thrown executing [AnnotatedAction@28f1f462 targetAction = [EvaluateAction@4a2c4b24 expression = MyService. reportFromMedels(), resultExpression = [null]], attributes = map['startDate' -> 'Sdate', 'userName' -> 'PUname', 'endDate' -> 'Edate', 'productName' -> 'Proname']] in state 'home' of flow 'account' -- action execution attributes were 'map[[empty]]'

this is my code

the flow:

the service method:

please someone explain me what should I do to get a report from my DB :|

I think I'll just lie down here for a second. And ponder this tiny ad:
