Which Java Edition is Perfect For This?

Guys please help me here I want to develop an application for mobile phone using Java to read, write, copy and delete file on SIM card for mobile phone but I don't know which Java edition is perfect for this development.

JME (the Java Mobile Edition) is Oracle's only Java version that can be used on mobile phones. I have no idea if it can do what you ask, though. Keep in mind that -although there are lots of phones out there that support JME- JME as a platform is not progressing, and its usage is declining.

The only other way to write Java code for a phone is Android. For that, get the JSE from Oracle, and the Android SDK from Google.
