Both OpenCms and Magnolia are capable CMSes. OpenCms has been around longer, and a bigger following.

CVS is a version control system; it wouldn't have occurred to me to call it a CMS, but I suppose in some sense it is. But I'm fairly certain that it doesn't do what you're looking for.
