Will SwaRef in WSDL be on the exam? According to the Oracle exam objectives, I don't see it.

I agree: it is on the exam.

SwA (SOAP with Attachments) is part of SAAJ v1.3 (JSR-000067).
swaRef is defined in WS-I Attachments Profile v1.0, which is part of the WS-I Basic Profile v1.1.
