In Agile, the development team meets before starting a Sprint, and plays
Point Poker for each story. The Team Leader uses tools like Rally , Rational Team Concert , or others to plug in the results of the Planning Poker party. This creates a cost estimate for the stories. The team meets a second time to choose which stories go in which sprints.
Why would Excel be better (in your opinion) than Rally, RTC, or other tools designed specifically for Agile team development ?
By the way, congratulations Jennifer, on passing your
test. Have you used Agile in any development projects? Gaining practical experience will greatly enhance your understanding of how Agile works. What does "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools" mean to you?
