Hi everyone,

A little diversion here for problem solving lovers: Codingame is a site that organizes monthly online coding challenges where hackers from around the world can participate.

The online IDE supports 16 programming languages (Java, Python (3), C/C++, PHP, Ruby, Dart, Go, Objective-C Haskell, Scala...)
Participation is free, anonymous, and participants' code is open sourced after the contest.

Link to the challenge: http://www.codingame.com/challenge

There is also a training page where you can try previous editions' puzzles: http://www.codingame.com/cg/#!page:training

thanks for the information. I am only interested in when the source codes will be open-sourced. I might learn something.

Thanks for the link, that's a great little site. I spent a few hours last weekend playing around with one of the challenges, and I must admit it's very satisfying.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
