Zip File Is Empty is Coming when .War File In Tomcat 8.0

Hello All,
I Got An Exception java.util.ZipException :Zip File Is Empty When Deploying .War File In Tomcat 8.0 Using Net Beans 8.0 Beta IDE, Can Any One help me In Solving This Very Urgent.

When we are uploading the war file over a slow connection, Tomcat attempts to deploy the WAR before it has finished uploading to the server.
So solution to your problem is first stop Tomcat, upload war file properly and then restart Tomcat.

I Did The Same Stop The Tomcat Server and deploy The .war File same java.util.zip.ZipException:zip File Is Empty Is Coming

make sure your war file is not corrupted.
will you able to unzip war file (after changing file extension to zip).
 
Consider Paul's rocket mass heater.
