I need to write web service using java.I know we can use Axis2 for this.I need to know what are the other ways to use write web service?

"Other" in which respect? There are other
SOAP
implementations like Apache CXF, SpringWS and JBossWS. And there are also various implementations for REST WS using the JAX-RS API, such as Jersey and Restlet.

JSON is a data format, and independent of the transport mechanism. It is often used with REST WS, but not exclusively so.
