I have a HTTPS url that I would like to call from my Apache HTTP Client. When I tried it with the following piece of code, it failed with the exception as below:





Later, I added the following and gave the connManager to my DefaultHttpClient constructor:



My question is with the above Strategy, am I bypassing any security? I'm overriding isTrusted and simply returning true. Is that advisable?
