I was curious to know what sort of things people thought looked the most exciting on crowd funding sites at the moment like kickstarter. For me it would have to be The Micro! I have always wanted a 3D printer and have never wanted to spend/ couldn't afford to spend thousands of pounds(or whatever currency) on one. What are your favourites?

P.s. The micro got $3,000,000 pledged of a $50,000 goal! :-& (see here)

Inexpensive is good. Its really small, which means limited to small pieces. Delivery times are next year!!!

For a similar price at a CNC mill (subtractive, not additive like 3D printers) check out a shapeoko.com
