32-bit OS - 32-bit JDK - 32-bit Eclipse (32-bit only)
64-bit OS - 32-bit JDK - 32-bit Eclipse
64-bit OS - 64-bit JDK - 64bit Eclipse (64-bit only)

As Mike pointed out, you need to make sure that the "bitness" of your Eclipse matches the "bitness" of your JVM. If you are not sure what bitness your JVM is, open a command window and enter:

java -version

and post the results. We can then tell you which Eclipse to download.
