Spring - No mapping found for HTTP request with URI

When I run this code, I get the following warning "WARNING: No mapping found for HTTP request with URI [/SampleSpringMaven/hello.html] in DispatcherServlet with name 'mvc-dispatcher'". What wrong am I doing?

2. Can you post the log when the issue occured?
