I have prepared for OCJP 6.But now OCJP 7 has come. What should i do, should i now prepare for SE 7?

If you prepared for OCPJP6, do OCPJP6.
You can always upgrade for OCPJP7 with one more exam.

If you choose not to do OCPJP6 you'll need to pass two exams anyway (OCAJP7 and OCPJP7).
