Pre requiste for SOA

Hi All,

As a Java developer with 2 year exp, what should I know to work in the SOA area project ?
Currently I worked in the below areas.
Core Java + Web services -Banking domain application

Kindly suggest me your opinions. This will help me to strength my skills.

First pre-requisite to gain SOA knowledge is change in mindset and different thinking.

The book "SOA Principles of Service Design" by thomas erl is good start for beginner.

You could also do some certifications on SOA delivered by Arcitura
