Hi,
Does it matter if I have Windows NT installed under FAT or NTFS for the installation of Weblogic???

I don't think it makes any difference, except that you'll find that under FAT at least twice the disk space will be swallowed up by your weblogic installation.

There should not be any problem in installing Weblogic on Windows NT installed under FAT OR NTFS. Under FAT OR NTFS, the windows NT increases the security of the hard disk.
