Hi

I have created a new project using Maven. I dont know where to place my html, jsp files, etc....

I have the structure src/main/java

Should I place them there?

I really want to start this new project with all in order

No. /src/main/java is only for Java code. Note that there are different packaging types in Maven. A "regular" project creates a jar. A web project creates a war. Since you have JSPs/HTML, you want to use packaging type war. Which has some extra directories. As shown on this documentation page, it should look like:
